Students will gain knowledge and experience in dealing with customers and how businesses function. They will be prepared to do problem tracking, statistical analysis on problems, and to create meaningful technical reports.

Upon completion of the program, students will be prepared to take the CompTIA A+ industry certification in both PC hardware and software.
