Culinary and Baking Fundamentals II

This microcredential provides students with a solid foundation in sanitation and food preparation.

Required courses include:

  • CUL 128 Basic Food Preparation II
  • CUL 132 Advanced Baking Techniques
  • CUL 178 Culinary Arts internship

This microcredential:

  • Comprises seven credits;
  • Is able to be completed in one semester;
  • Costs $240 a credit, or a total of $1,680, plus textbooks and college fees
