Student Address

The College needs to communicate with its students periodically by mail and telephone, or be
able to contact in case of an emergency. The student address information should be kept up to
date to support this communication as well as regulatory compliance.
 
Student Physical Location
 
A student’s initial physical location for distance education purposes shall be their
physical/location address at the time of registration. Campus housing cannot be used as an
acceptable address for meeting professional licensure disclosure compliance

Change of Address
 
It is the student’s responsibility to keep the college informed of telephone or address changes.
Students shall make any necessary telephone or address changes online in Self Service Banner
(SSB) or by filing a Change of Address Form in the Office of the Registrar.
