Student Computing Center

Located on the main level of the Scoville Learning Center in room 222, the lab has approximately 70 Windows-based computers hosting a variety of software packages used by students in all academic areas.  Students are encouraged to use any of the computers to complete course assignments.

Software available in the lab includes word processing, spreadsheet, database, accounting specialized programs, textbook specific programs as well as a variety of programming languages.  Hardware includes scanners and laser printing.  All desktops have CD/DVD burning capabilities.

There is also a variety of software and hardware available for those with specialized learning needs such as Read and Write Gold, ZoomText, and OCR scanners.

The Student Computing Center is open every day during the academic semester except for Saturdays.  Help Desk personnel are available in the lab to answer your technology questions.  The Help Desk may also be contacted via email at
